Helah was one of the two wives of Ashhur, the father of Tekoa, from the tribe of Judah.
Helah was one of two wives of Ashhur the father of Tekoa within the tribe of Judah, listed in 1 Chronicles 4:5, 7 alongside Naarah. She was the mother of Zereth, Zohar, and Ethnan, three sons who are recorded in the Judahite genealogy of the Chronicles. Her sons' names are preserved as part of the extensive Judahite clan record that documents the tribe's family divisions during the Divided Monarchy period.
