Eldaah

Eldaah was the fifth son of Midian, a son of Abraham by his concubine Keturah (Genesis 25:4; 1 Chronicles 1:33). His brothers—Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, and Abida—are also listed as sons of Midian, with their descendants forming the Midianite clans that appear throughout the subsequent biblical narrative. The Midianites' later interactions with Israel—from Moses' sojourn with Jethro to the conflicts of the judges' period—were all rooted in this common ancestry with Abraham.
