Zethar

Zethar was one of the seven eunuchs who served King Ahasuerus of Persia and were commanded to bring Queen Vashti before the king at the royal banquet held in the third year of his reign (Esther 1:10). His name appears in a purely Persian court context, and beyond this single reference the biblical record provides no further information about his role or duties in the Persian royal household.
