Jecoliah

Jecoliah (also spelled Jekoliah) was the mother of King Uzziah (also called Azariah) of Judah, who reigned for fifty-two years in Jerusalem (2 Kings 15:2; 2 Chronicles 26:3). She was the wife of King Amaziah, from whose union Uzziah was born. The notice of Jecoliah's identity and her home city of Jerusalem is part of the standard regnal formula in Kings, which records the queen mother's name as a mark of historical legitimacy and dynastic continuity.
