Mehir was the son of Chelub.
Mehir was a son of Chelub and a descendant of Judah, mentioned in the genealogy of the tribe of Judah in 1 Chronicles 4:11. He fathered Eshton, whose descendants are associated with towns in the Shephelah region of Judah including Beth-rapha, Paseah, and Tehinnah.
