Psalms 124

Aperçu

A Song of Ascent attributed to David celebrating God's deliverance from enemies who would have swallowed Israel alive. If the Lord had not been on Israel's side when men rose against them, the floods would have swept them away. The psalmist declares escape like a bird from the fowler's snare.
