Bocheru

Bocheru was a son of Azel, a descendant of King Saul from the tribe of Benjamin, listed in the Saulide genealogy of 1 Chronicles 8:38 and 9:44. He is one of the six sons of Azel—alongside Azrikam, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan—all of whom are recorded as members of the continuing royal line of Benjamin. His preservation in the Chronicler's genealogy demonstrates the post-exilic community's ongoing interest in the lineage of Saul's family.
