Eliada

Eliada was the father of Rezon, a Syrian military commander who became an adversary to King Solomon throughout his reign (1 Kings 11:23). Rezon had escaped from his master Hadadezer of Zobah and gathered a band of men, eventually seizing Damascus and ruling as its king—an ongoing thorn in Solomon's side. Eliada himself is known only as the father of this adversary king, though his son's actions significantly complicated Solomon's later reign.
