Mary's husband, unnamed in the Bible, was the father of John Mark.
The husband of Mary, the mother of John Mark, is not named in the New Testament but is implied by Acts 12:12, which describes her home in Jerusalem as a gathering place for the early Christian community — a house substantial enough to have a servant girl named Rhoda guarding the outer gate. Since Mary is identified as the mother of John Mark and the aunt (or cousin) of Barnabas, her unnamed husband was likely a man of some means. He was apparently deceased by the time the Acts narrative unfolds.
