Crispus

Crispus was the synagogue ruler in Corinth who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ along with his entire household following Paul's preaching (Acts 18:8). Paul specifically mentions baptizing Crispus in 1 Corinthians 1:14, noting him as one of only a few people he personally baptized in Corinth. His conversion as the ruler of the Jewish synagogue was a significant breakthrough in Paul's Corinthian mission, demonstrating that even prominent members of the Jewish community were responding to the gospel.
