Mibsam

Mibsam was a descendant of Simeon, son of Shallum and father of Mishma, listed in the genealogical record of Simeonite clans (1 Chronicles 4:25). The same name appears among the sons of Ishmael (Genesis 25:13), suggesting a shared onomastic tradition between the Simeonite and Ishmaelite lineages. Mibsam is known only from this genealogical passage and plays no role in the biblical narrative.
