Tebah

Patriarchs (Abraham–Joseph) Early Patriarch · H2875
Old Testament

Tebah was a son of Abraham's brother Nahor and his concubine Reumah.

Tebah was a son of Nahor, Abraham's brother, born to Nahor's concubine Reumah (Genesis 22:24). He is listed as the first of four sons born to Reumah, alongside Gaham, Tahash, and Maacah. Like his brothers, Tebah likely represents an Aramean tribal or clan group in the traditions of the ancient Near East. He appears only in this genealogical notice and plays no further role in the narrative.
