Uzziel

Uzziel (also called Azarel in the parallel list) was a son of Heman, one of David's chief musicians, and was assigned to lead the twenty-third division of the temple musicians (1 Chronicles 25:4, 18). Heman's fourteen sons are listed as recipients of divinely-given musical skill for 'prophecy with lyres, harps, and cymbals' in the service of the house of God. Uzziel's division of musicians served in weekly rotation according to the lot that fell to his family.
