Casluhim

The Casluhim were descendants of Mizraim (Egypt), son of Ham, mentioned in the Table of Nations in Genesis 10:14 and 1 Chronicles 1:12. The text notes that 'from whom the Philistines came,' though the same claim is also made for the Caphtorim, suggesting a textual complication or a tradition that traced the Philistines through both groups. The Casluhim are otherwise unknown in ancient Near Eastern sources, and their precise identification remains uncertain.
