Ibri was a Levite of the family of Merari, mentioned in the context of the divisions of the Levitical priests during the reign of King David.

Ibri was a Levite of the Merarite family, a son of Jaaziah, listed among the Levitical divisions organized during the reign of King David (1 Chronicles 24:27). He served alongside his brothers Beno, Shoham, and Zaccur in the temple service assignments. The Merarite clan of Levites was responsible for the physical structure of the sanctuary and played an important role in the organized worship David established in preparation for the temple Solomon would build.
