Mahalath

Mahalath was a wife of King Rehoboam of Judah, a granddaughter of David through his son Jerimoth (2 Chronicles 11:18). She is listed as one of Rehoboam's eighteen wives and bore him three sons: Jeush, Shemariah, and Zaham. Her Davidic lineage through a son of David not mentioned in the succession narratives is one of the few references to Jerimoth, and thus Mahalath's genealogy preserves an otherwise unattested branch of the Davidic family tree.
