Raphu was the father of Palti, one of the twelve spies sent by Moses to explore Canaan.
Raphu was a Benjaminite whose son Palti was selected as the representative spy from the tribe of Benjamin among the twelve men sent by Moses to scout the land of Canaan (Numbers 13:9). His name appears only in this genealogical introduction to his son's mission.
