Diklah

Diklah was a son of Joktan, a descendant of Shem through Eber, listed in the Table of Nations (Genesis 10:27; 1 Chronicles 1:21). Joktan's thirteen sons are generally associated with ancient Arabian tribes and places. The name Diklah may be connected with the palm tree (Hebrew: 'temarim') or a geographical location in Arabia, though its precise identification remains uncertain. Like his brothers, Diklah represents a people group or territory in the ancient Semitic world.
