Elpelet, also known as Eliphelet, was a son of David born in Jerusalem.
Elpelet was one of David's sons born in Jerusalem after David became king over all Israel, listed in 1 Chronicles 14:5 as part of the family David established in the capital. The same list in 1 Chronicles 3:6 records the name as Eliphelet, suggesting a variant spelling. He is known only from these royal genealogies, which document the growth of David's household as his reign expanded.
