Uzzi was a high priest in the lineage of Eleazar, son of Aaron.

Uzzi was a high priest in the lineage of Eleazar, son of Aaron, serving as the son of Bukki and father of Zerahiah in the sacerdotal genealogy of 1 Chronicles 6:5–6 and Ezra 7:4. He belongs to the post-Mosaic period of the high priesthood, standing in the Zadokite line that would eventually dominate the Second Temple period. Several other men named Uzzi appear in the post-exilic records, including a Levite and a priest who participated in Nehemiah's dedication of the wall (Nehemiah 12:19, 42).
