Hepher

Hepher the Mecherathite is recorded as one of David's elite warriors, listed among the distinguished fighting men whose valor upheld the united monarchy (1 Chronicles 11:36). Beyond his single appearance in the roster of mighty men, Scripture provides no further details about his origins, tribe, or exploits.
