Jahzeel

Jahzeel (also spelled Jahziel) was the firstborn son of Naphtali and a grandson of Jacob, listed in Genesis 46:24 among the seventy who came to Egypt with Jacob. In Numbers 26:48 his name gives rise to the Jahzeelite clan within the tribe of Naphtali. As the firstborn of the four sons of Naphtali, Jahzeel held a position of seniority among the Naphtalite clans that were organized around the names of his brothers Guni, Jezer, and Shillem.
