Nedabiah

Nedabiah was a son of Jeconiah (Jehoiachin), the exiled king of Judah, listed in the post-exilic Davidic genealogy of 1 Chronicles 3:18. He was thus a member of the royal house of David living in the exile, alongside his brothers Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, and Hoshama. The preservation of these names in 1 Chronicles reflects the sustained interest of the post-exilic community in maintaining the Davidic lineage even after the end of the monarchy.
