Pelatiah

Pelatiah was a descendant of David through Hananiah, son of Zerubbabel, listed in the Davidic genealogy of 1 Chronicles 3:21. He belongs to the post-exilic royal line in the generation immediately following the restoration. A different Pelatiah, son of Benaiah, appears as a false prophet whom Ezekiel saw in a vision giving wicked counsel in Jerusalem, and who fell dead as Ezekiel prophesied (Ezekiel 11:1–13); that figure is distinct from this genealogical Pelatiah.
