Zillethai

Zillethai was a leader from the tribe of Manasseh who was among the commanders of thousands and hundreds who defected to David while he was at Ziklag before the battle of Jezreel (1 Chronicles 12:20). This category of defectors helped David enormously, as they were described as warriors who could keep rank and were not of two hearts. A second Zillethai, a son of Shimei and a Benjamite, appears in 1 Chronicles 8:20. This Manassite warrior is known only from the Ziklag defection list.
