Dalphon

Dalphon was one of the ten sons of Haman, the chief minister of King Ahasuerus of Persia, who were killed and hanged in Susa following the reversal of Haman's genocidal decree against the Jews (Esther 9:7). Their deaths fulfilled the deliverance promised to Esther and Mordecai and completed the destruction of Haman's household. The listing of all ten sons by name emphasizes the totality of the judgment on the family that had sought Israel's annihilation.
