Mibhar

Mibhar son of Hagri was listed among the elite warriors known as David's mighty men in the catalogue preserved in 1 Chronicles 11:38. His father's name Hagri may indicate Hagrite descent, a people associated with Transjordanian regions (1 Chronicles 5:10, 19–20). Mibhar appears only in this single military catalogue and is known solely through his inclusion among the champions who served David.
