Nahath was one of the Levites appointed by King Hezekiah to oversee the distribution of offerings and tithes.
Nahath was a Levite appointed by King Hezekiah to supervise the collection and distribution of offerings and tithes in the temple storerooms during Hezekiah's religious reforms (2 Chronicles 31:13). He served under the oversight of Kore son of Imnah in the administration of the temple provisions. The same name appears in Edomite and Levitical genealogies (Genesis 36:13; 1 Chronicles 1:37; 6:26), though this Levitical administrator is likely distinct from those earlier figures.
