Zalmunna was a Midianite king who was defeated and killed by Gideon during the time of the judges.

Zalmunna was a king of Midian who, together with his co-ruler Zebah, commanded the Midianite forces that had been plaguing Israel. After Gideon's initial rout of the Midianite army, Zalmunna and Zebah fled eastward with fifteen thousand men, but Gideon pursued them, captured both kings, and executed them (Judges 8:4–21). The capture of Zalmunna and Zebah was commemorated in later Israelite tradition as a paradigmatic divine deliverance (Psalm 83:11; Isaiah 9:4; 10:26).
