Titius Justus, a Gentile worshiper of God, hosted Paul in Corinth after he left the synagogue.

Titius Justus was a Gentile worshiper of God in Corinth whose house stood next door to the synagogue; when Paul was expelled from the synagogue, he moved his ministry base to Justus's home (Acts 18:7). His household thus became the center of the Corinthian church's early growth, and his willingness to host Paul demonstrated significant commitment in a context of official Jewish opposition. The name Justus was also borne by two other New Testament figures: Joseph Barsabbas (Acts 1:23) and Jesus Justus, a Jewish co-worker of Paul (Colossians 4:11).
