The ultimate reckoning when all people will stand before God to give account. Revelation 20:11-15 describes the great white throne judgment where 'the dead were judged according to what they had done.' Matthew 25:31-46 portrays Jesus separating the sheep from the goats. Romans 14:10 reminds, 'We will all stand before God's judgment seat.' Second Corinthians 5:10 adds, 'We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body.' Acts 17:31 declares God 'has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed.' The final judgment vindicates God's righteousness and establishes eternal justice.
