Ziha was a family of temple servants (Nethinim) who returned to Jerusalem from Babylonian captivity.
Ziha was the ancestor of a family of Nethinim (temple servants) who returned to Jerusalem from Babylonian captivity as part of the post-exilic restoration (Ezra 2:43; Nehemiah 7:46). In Nehemiah 11:21 he is mentioned as one of two Nethinim chiefs who, along with Gishpa, were in charge of the Nethinim who lived on the hill of Ophel in Jerusalem. Ziha thus figures both as a founding family name and as a post-exilic leader of the temple servant community.
