Tubuh Kristus
Paul's primary metaphor for the church — a living organism with Christ as the head and believers as interdependent members. First Corinthians 12:12-27 develops this image: 'The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!"' Each member has a vital function, and 'if one part suffers, every part suffers with it.' Ephesians 4:15-16 describes the body 'growing and building itself up in love, as each part does its work.' Romans 12:4-5 reminds believers they are 'one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.' This organic unity transcends every human division and requires mutual care and coordinated mission.
