Eluzai was one of the Benjamite warriors who defected from Saul's camp to join David at Ziklag, recorded in 1 Chronicles 12:5. These ambidextrous warriors, skilled with both the right and left hand in slinging stones and shooting arrows, strengthened David during the difficult period before his ascent to the throne. Eluzai's decision to align with David reflected his conviction that David's cause was divinely favored.
