Hagabah, also known as Hagaba, was among the temple servants who returned to Jerusalem from Babylonian captivity.
Hagabah (or Hagaba) was the head of a family of Nethinim who returned from Babylonian captivity under Zerubbabel, listed in Ezra 2:45 and Nehemiah 7:48. The name is a variant form of Hagab, and both may represent the same extended family of temple servants. Their return to Jerusalem contributed to the restoration of the Levitical service structure that had been disrupted by the Babylonian conquest and deportation.
