Jeremiah 23:6
In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Study Note
The Branch of David is given the name 'THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS' (Yahweh Tsidkenu) — the only place in the Old Testament where a human figure receives a divine name containing the Tetragrammaton as a proper noun. The theological implications are enormous: the coming king will not merely be righteous but will be the embodiment of God's own righteousness for the people. Paul's language of Christ becoming 'our righteousness' (1 Corinthians 1:30) and believers being 'made the righteousness of God in him' (2 Corinthians 5:21) represents the New Testament's fulfillment of this messianic name.
