Меремоф

Meremoth was an Israelite who had married a foreign woman during the Babylonian exile period and is listed among those who agreed to put away their foreign wives under the reform led by Ezra (Ezra 10:36). His inclusion in that register indicates he was among the returned exiles who participated in the covenant renewal. Beyond this single reference the biblical record preserves no further detail about his family or standing.
