Birth

15 ข้อพระคัมภีร์

The gift of new life, celebrated throughout Scripture as a sign of God's blessing. Psalm 127:3 declares, 'Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.' The births of Isaac (Genesis 21), Samuel (1 Samuel 1), and John the Baptist (Luke 1) fulfilled divine promises after long seasons of barrenness. Jesus' birth in Bethlehem (Luke 2:1-20) is the central birth narrative — God incarnate entering the world as a helpless infant. Psalm 139:13-16 marvels at God's intimate involvement: 'You knit me together in my mother's womb.' Birth symbolizes new beginnings, and Jesus used it as a metaphor for spiritual rebirth (John 3:3-7).
