Palal, son of Uzai, repaired a section of Jerusalem's wall near the Parbar during Nehemiah's time.

Palal son of Uzai was one of the workers who repaired the Jerusalem wall under Nehemiah, assigned to the section near the Parbar (outer court) and the projecting tower adjacent to the upper palace of the king (Nehemiah 3:25). The wall-repair project under Nehemiah was organized by sections assigned to individuals, families, and guilds, and Palal's participation reflects the broad community engagement in the restoration effort. He appears only in this construction record.
