大卫之约

God's promise to David that his dynasty would endure forever — a covenant fulfilled in Jesus Christ. In 2 Samuel 7:12-16, God declared, 'I will raise up your offspring to succeed you... and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.' This promise sustained messianic hope through exile and foreign domination. Isaiah 9:6-7 prophesied a child born to reign on David's throne. Gabriel told Mary, 'The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob's descendants forever' (Luke 1:32-33). Peter proclaimed at Pentecost that the risen Christ is the fulfillment of God's oath to David (Acts 2:29-36).
