按才干受责的比喻
Jesus' parable (Matthew 25:14-30) about faithful stewardship of what God entrusts to us. A master distributes talents (a large sum of money) to three servants according to their abilities: five, two, and one. The first two invest and double their talents. The master praises each: 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things.' The third servant buries his talent in fear and is condemned as 'wicked and lazy.' The parable teaches that God expects productive use of every gift, opportunity, and resource he provides. Faithfulness, not quantity, determines reward. The buried-talent servant's sin was inaction.
