While the Bible is not structured as a textbook, it presents a coherent worldview that systematic theology seeks to articulate. Paul's letter to the Romans is perhaps the most systematic biblical document, moving from sin (1-3) to justification (3-5) to sanctification (6-8) to God's purposes for Israel (9-11) to ethical living (12-16). Systematic theology serves the church by integrating the whole counsel of God (Acts 20:27) into a unified, teachable framework.
