नई पहचान

The spiritual rebirth by which a person enters the kingdom of God, as Jesus explained to Nicodemus: 'No one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit' (John 3:5). This birth is 'not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God' (John 1:13). First Peter 1:23 describes being 'born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.' James 1:18 adds, 'He chose to give us birth through the word of truth.' The new birth produces a fundamentally new kind of person — one who has the nature of God within them (2 Peter 1:4) and the capacity for genuine spiritual life.
